What is Friends of Scouting?
Things that are made possible through scouting and the Rio Grande Council couldn’t be made available without the support of sponsors such as scouting families, local businesses, and local organizations.
Friends of Scouting (FOS) is the annual giving campaign that helps provide the necessary funds to ensure a quality Scouting program for every Rio Grande Valley youth. It is vital to the programs and services of our Rio Grande Council.
