Our main office is located 6912 W Expressway 83, Harlingen, Texas, and serves as the Council Service Center, training / conference facility and Scout Shop.

We are open year round with the exception of federal holidays.  

The Council currently serves five local counties which include: Cameron, Hidalgo, Willacy, Starr and Zapata. From these counties, derives the 4 main scouting districts :  Arroyo, Arrowhead and Rio Bravo, and Tip-o-Tex.
